Religion is in the news everyday in every form and fashion it seems.
Sociologist Peter Berger admitted to having “made one big mistake” in his career. Like many other sociologists of religion in the 1960s, his error “was to believe that modernity necessarily leads to a decline in religion. . . . BUT most of the world today is as religious as it ever was and, in a good many locales, more religious than ever.”
There’s never been a more important time to study religion and now a more convenient way. King University Bible and Religion is offering a dynamic online course this Fall: Politics and Religion in a Global Context.
The class will be offered in a 5-week format Nov 2-Dec 11, 2020. Come join us.
